Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow 7-14 days after processing for delivery. Express post available on request for an added fee.
Please Note: Please allow 2-4 weeks for personalized orders, these are printed/engraved in the USA.

Orders up to $75 - $13
Orders up to $150 - $18
Orders up to $300 - $23
Orders up to $500 - $28
These prices include the cost of postage and packaging. We ship directly from our supplier to you

Returns and Refunds
Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Returns are accepted for faulty goods and will be replaced with the exact same item or store credit.
Refunds or returns are not accepted for personalized items. Please check the correct spelling for all orders as they will be copied exact and no responsibility will be taken for customer errors.
Refunds will take 2-3 weeks to process.
Payments
Payments can be made via credit card using Paypal or Money Order. No personal cheques. Order will be processed when money order is cashed and cleared.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received. Orders placed after 3pm AEST (QLD time) will be processed the following day.
Please Note: At this stage we can not process payments over the phone or process credit cards payments outside of Paypal. If you need to add something to your order please contact us for instructions.
